It's simple. If you decide you want to buy a new home please call

If we represent you in your new home purchase we usually get approximately
3% commission (based on home purchase price) from the builder. We
will give back two third of our commission (or 2% of home price) to
the home buyer in the form of either a reduction of your negotiated
home price or contribution towards your closing cost at the closing.
E.g. if your negotiated new home price is $200,000 and we represent
you we get a commission of $6,000. We will contribution $4,000 to
you:
-as a reduction to your negotiated home price. Your home price
will become $196,000 ($200,000 - $4,000), or
-your closing cost will be reduce by $4,000.
